Welcome to Lone-Wolf Native Crafts
Created by Joseph Lone-Wolf (Demers)

Raised on the shores of the Menominee River in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, of French-Irish/Algonquin (Chippewa/Me'tis) heritage, and taught by Navajo and Algonquin artisans, Joseph Lone-Wolf has developed his skills over the course of twenty-five years to become a recognized name in the world of Native American crafting.

His earliest efforts involved beading and turquoise, in which he continues to work. Today he is best known for crafts utilizing rattlesnake skin and parts. His work has also evolved into the use of buckskin, birch bark, sweet grass, and quilling.

His crafts enjoy a nationwide distribution and are best known on the east coast where he makes his home, in Bird-In-Hand, Pennsylvania.

The following pages contain some photos of his work and a calendar of events and locations at which his crafts will be shown.

Welcome!!!
